Clyde M. Smith, the president and CEO of Milestone Construction, a division of C.M.Smith Enterprise, Inc. became a permanent resident of south Florida in 1960. Building for over 30 years in central and south Florida, he has acquired knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry and the world of the equine industry. Having survived multiple hurricanes, he has a better understanding of what it takes to build with quality a safer, stronger and greener project. A former resident of the equine community of Wellington for over 20 years, is now centrally located in the beautiful Vero Beach area to better serve the entire state of Florida.
Chris Parcher, who lives in Cape Coral is our west coast Executive Project Manager. He started in the construction industry 27 years ago. He has worked throughout the state of Florida in many positions. Project manager, Field superintendent and after hurricane Charlie a city of Cape Coral Building Inspector.
We are a team that values professional service, with high integrity to perform in a timely manner with total commitment. Proficient in the scheduling of the various trades in a time effective order so that minimal time if any is lost between trades. Clyde and Chris personally inspect each job prior to calling for inspections to make sure that each phase is completed as required by the City, County & State of Florida building codes to insure there will be no lost time due to failed inspections.
Their objective is to use their skills & knowledge they have acquired in the construction field to build with pride. They also pride themselves with the great relationships that they have established with all of our employees and other tradesmen so they are willing to go above & beyond average work, not only for our company but for the homeowner as well. With the end result being a high quality home or estate.
